One Farm At A Time.

We are committed to bettering ourselves and our planet through regenerative farming

Chapter Three Inc is a nonprofit corporation who’s mission is devoted to ideas to better ourselves and our planet in a radically connected way grounded in economic reality. This 501(C)(3) nonprofit corporation is focused on developing unique solutions to today’s most difficult challenges.

Our current efforts stem from a simple but very real impending development – the fact that soil is dying! Though research and some personal relationships we’ve come to understand the challenges that modern farming has placed on soil. We think of soil as just a collection of minerals, but in fact it is a diverse and rich ecosystem of balanced organisms and nutrients. Modern farming and agricultural techniques, while seemingly economically expedient are destroying the one key richness of the American landscape.

However, the solution is not complex – it is simple education and practical application of proven methodologies known as Regenerative Farming. And the way to accomplish it is simple – one farm at a time until we can illustrate that this method for our food supply is more profitable, more sustainable and better for the world. The challenge is change – change is always difficult to overcome. Our goal is to fund education and practical application programs to solve this impending challenge – now!

Our first partner is in Southern California – the Santa Ynez Ranch in Santa Ynez California.

Chapter 1

Why the name? We see human evolution as a continuing process, not a static one. As humans developed from nomadic life into a revolutionary approach of growing their own food, there were failures and learning processes that eventually led to a dramatic change in human evolution and practices. That was ChapterOne.

Chapter 2

ChapterTwo is what modern industrialization brought to farming practices that created an abundance in growing, efficient techniques that increased yield dramatically and machinery that has again transformed how we feed humanity. However, this chapter has allowed greed and efficiency to destroy the earth with pesticides and fertilizers that eliminate all the good micro-organisms in nature that bring so many benefits to our ecosystem.

Chapter 3

ChapterThree is the next big step in farming – practices that are responsible, regenerative, organic and eventually, profitable for the farmers – without it there will be no transition.

That is our goal, to transition the current technologies to a new reality.
